b-Fit 24/7 is the only locally owned 24-hour gym in Valley City, ND with a non-intimidating atmosphere. There is state of the art Cybex equipment and offers both circuit and free-weight training systems. Unlimited Aqua Massage to help warm up muscles pre-workout. We work with most insurance plans for reimbursement.
